- Elevated IGF-1
- Failure to suppress GH on oral glucose tolerance test
- MRI Pituitary
Management
- Transsphenoidal surgical resection
- Somatostatin analogs (Octreotide)
Complications
- Cardiomyopathy
- Colon polyps/cancer
- Diabetes
