Etiology & Risk Factors
- IgA deposition in the dermal papillae.
Clinical Symptoms
- Grouped
- intensely itchy vesicles on elbows
- knees
- and buttocks.
Clinical Approach
Diagnosis
- Skin biopsy with direct immunofluorescence.
Management
- Strict Gluten-Free Diet
- Dapsone (for rapid relief).
Complications
- GI lymphoma (if Celiac disease untreated).
