Epidemiology
Varies globally depending on genetics, environment, or exposure.
Etiology & Risk Factors
- Idiopathic, increased intracranial pressure.
Clinical Symptoms
- Often asymptomatic
- discovered incidentally. Occasional headache.
Clinical Approach
Diagnosis
- MRI Brain showing empty sella.
Management
- Reassurance (if asymptomatic).
Complications
- Rarely hypopituitarism.
