Etiology & Risk Factors
- Primary (Phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies), Secondary (Hep B/C, SLE, Malignancy, NSAIDs).
Clinical Symptoms
- Edema
- frothy urine
- high risk of thromboembolism.
Clinical Approach
Diagnosis
- Renal biopsy (spike and dome appearance
- IgG/C3 deposits).
Management
- Treat underlying cause
- ACEi
- Immunosuppressants.
Complications
- Renal vein thrombosis.
