Etiology & Risk Factors
- Multiple Sclerosis (most common), Idiopathic.
Clinical Symptoms
- Unilateral pain with eye movement
- blurry vision
- relative afferent pupillary defect (RAPD).

Management
- IV Corticosteroids.
Complications
- Often recovers
- but highly predictive of Multiple Sclerosis.
