Clinical Approach
Diagnosis
- Non-contrast CT Head
- Lumbar Puncture (xanthochromia).
Management
- Surgical clipping or endovascular coiling
- Nimodipine (prevent vasospasm).
Complications
- Cerebral vasospasm
- hydrocephalus
- death.
