Dosing & Administration
Adult Dose
5-10 mg PO daily.
Pediatric Dose
2.5-5 mg PO daily (age 6 mos to 5 yrs). 5-10 mg daily (>6 yrs).
Renal Adjustment
CrCl < 31: Max 5 mg/day.
Hepatic Adjustment
Max 5 mg/day in hepatic impairment.
