Adult Dose
30-60 mg PO daily.
Pediatric Dose
GAD (7-17 yrs): 30 mg PO daily.
Renal Adjustment
CrCl < 30: Avoid use.
Hepatic Adjustment
Avoid in hepatic impairment/cirrhosis (hepatotoxic).
