Dosing & Administration
Adult Dose
Hypoglycemia: 1 mg IM/IV/SC. Tox overdose: 3-10 mg IV bolus, then 3-5 mg/hr infusion.
Pediatric Dose
Hypoglycemia: 0.5 mg if <20kg, 1 mg if >20kg.
Renal Adjustment
No adjustment necessary.
Hepatic Adjustment
No adjustment necessary.
