Dosing & Administration
Adult Dose
IV Protocol: 150 mg/kg over 1 hr, then 50 mg/kg over 4 hrs, then 100 mg/kg over 16 hrs.
Pediatric Dose
Same as adult (volume adjusted).
Renal Adjustment
No adjustment necessary.
Hepatic Adjustment
No adjustment necessary.
