Causes of High
- Prostate cancer
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
- Prostatitis
- Recent urinary retention/catheterization
- Recent ejaculation
Causes of Low
- Post-prostatectomy (should be undetectable)
- 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (Finasteride)
