Indications

  • Prevention of typhoid fever for travelers to high-risk areas (South Asia, etc.).

Target Ages:

Travelers >= 6 years to endemic areas

  • Pregnancy
  • Currently taking antibiotics

Precautions

  • Take capsules with cool or lukewarm water (not hot) on an empty stomach.
  • Wait 3 days after finishing antibiotics to start.
