- Account Information: When you register or log in via passwordless email links, we store your email address and UID generated by Firebase Authentication.
- Usage Data & Analytics: We collect anonymous logs of visits, pageviews, and clicks (such as which calculators are opened) to monitor site health and calculate traffic logs.
- Local Storage Cache: We use browser localStorage to keep track of daily free preview credits for guest users and cache layout theme preferences (dark/light mode).
3. Cookies and Tracking
We use technical cookies to maintain login sessions and technical site configurations. Third-party vendors also place tracking assets:
- Google AdSense:Google, as a third-party advertising vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads on our Site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our Site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Users may opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or by utilizing network opt-out services.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share specific transaction parameters with trusted cloud services to run MedSuites operations:
- Firebase (Google LLC): Handles passwordless email authentication, session synchronization, and user profiles database storage.
- Google Vertex AI / Gemini SDK: Processes clinical drafting shorthand and text prompts to generate summaries on user requests. Input prompts do not store PII.
- Vercel Inc: Provides site hosting, SSL routing, and basic analytics reporting.
5. Data Security & Storage
Because we use passwordless authentication, your account security depends on the security of your email inbox. We do not store or process passwords, preventing credential decryption or data breaches.
All user profiles are securely isolated within Google Firestore databases, governed by administrative security rules restricting cross-account reads and writes.
6. User Rights and Data Deletion
You retain the right to access, edit, or request the deletion of your personal account details at any time.
If you wish to terminate your account and wipe your email profile and UID from our systems, please contact our support team at fkhan9811@gmail.com. Requests are completed within 72 hours.
7. Changes to This Policy
